My story

I’m taking part in the One Million Step Challenge and going to be walking 1.7 million steps - equivalent of Lands End to John O'Groats in Memory of my friend and colleague Sara McGown, and also to support all family, friends and colleagues who are dealing with Diabetes on a daily basis. There are 4.8 million people living with diabetes in the UK, the complications of which lead to over 500 premature deaths every week.
