No Longer Taking Part? Let Us Know

We understand that plans change — and that’s absolutely fine. If you’ve decided not to take part in this year’s event, we’d really appreciate you letting us know.

By cancelling your page, you’ll help us get a more accurate picture of how many people are participating. This helps us plan future events more effectively and ensure our resources are used in the best possible way.

How to cancel your page

It only takes a moment:

2. Input your JustGiving email address and password, the same that you used when registering. Select 'Continue with Facebook' if that is how you registered.

3. Click on 'Edit your Page' either underneath your photo or one of the options in the bottom left of the floating navigation buttons.

4. A box will appear. Select "Settings" and then click on "Cancel Fundraising Page". Your page will be marked as 'Cancelled' and no one will be able to donate to your page. This will also remove you from the email list so you won't receive emails asking to log steps or share your page.

If you have any problems cancelling your page, then you can email JustGiving and they can cancel your page on your behalf. Please email: help@justgiving.com letting them know your page link, the email address you used to register or your User ID if you know it.
