Better Gym Flex Membership

Better Gyms are offering all One Million Step Challenge participants a Better Diabetes UK challenge Flex Membership for a fixed four-month period. The link to apply for the Flex Membership is available on the Rewards page to anyone who is logged in to their One Million Step Challenge 2026 page.

Benefits include:

  • Up to 30% off the gym, pool and fitness classes at Better centres nationwide*
  • One free activity per month, swimming, a fitness class, or a gym session
  • Flexible gym and activity access ideal for fitness beginners or people getting back into exercise.
  • Discounted swimming access at over 130 Better pools
  • Access to member-only classes, courses and facilities at leisure centres nationwide
  • Discounted rates for the gym, fitness classes, swimming and racquet courts
  • Availability at over 200 Leisure Centres across the UK
  • Book activities online up to 7 days in advance

*Applications for a Better Diabetes UK Challenge Flex memberships are available from May 18th 2026 – August 31st 2026. Better Flex memberships can be used within participating Better leisure centres. Discounts may not be available for all activities at every centre.
